Certain banks and money service businesses in Jersey have been directed by the Jersey Financial Services Commission to gather and provide details about all payments made to and from virtual currency exchange businesses and virtual asset service providers during 2020, 2021, and 2022. The deadline for submission of this information is March 15, 2023.
